About Bridgewell X Consulting

Bridgewell X Consulting was established to support organisations committed to children’s safety and wellbeing.

We believe safeguarding is both structural and relational. Strong policy matters, but so does the wellbeing and confidence of the people responsible for putting it into practice.

Led by Dr Jelica Grbic

Bridgewell X is led by Jelica Grbic, a consultant with more than 13 years’ experience across frontline statutory child protection, practice leadership and system-level advisory roles within education and government.

Her background includes:

• frontline child protection practice and senior practice leadership

• systems and procedures development within complex government agencies

• interagency coordination and information-sharing processes

• public health research (PhD) and training in psychology and counselling

This combination allows Jelica to work across governance and policy without losing sight of the operational realities professionals face. Her approach is calm, values-led and grounded in lived professional experience.
