ABOUT JELICA
Bridgewell X Consulting is led by Dr Jelica Grbic (PhD), a practitioner with more than 13 years of experience across statutory child protection, education and public sector systems.
My work spans:
frontline child protection practice and senior practice leadership
systems, policy and procedure development in complex government settings
interagency coordination and information sharing
public health research (PhD), psychology and counselling training
This background supports work across both systems and practice, with a strong focus on how policy is experienced and applied in real-world settings.
The core of my work is practice translation: turning complex system expectations into clear, usable tools, resources and guidance that support practitioners and organisations in their everyday work.

My work is shaped by a commitment to strengthening how systems operate in practice, particularly where complexity can create uncertainty or inconsistency in implementation.
